Course Aims:
In today’s demanding business environment, maintaining a focus on achieving at work whilst not losing sight of ‘the big picture’ can be increasingly challenging. With so many different ‘off the shelf’ management training courses to choose from, how do you know what is best for you?

Choose any of the elements below and we will create your course to our standards! While talking through your ideas with your mentor, take time to think about what will help you more, what are your strengths and opportunities, do you simply want to attend a course containing nothing new or be able to take something away that will be extremely valuable in your new role?
We recommend no more than eight elements for a one day course, the more you choose the less we can cover in a day. So pick carefully or consider a one and a half day course instead. Each element will contain five ‘Top Tips’ that all effective senior managers use to great effect. You will have the time to learn what to put into your tool box and when to use it.
