The Institution of Leadership and Management (i-l-m) is a world renowned institution and this vocational training programme is designed to give middle managers the foundation for a formal management award and knowledge. This programme will give candidate an increased opportunity of getting a new job by tranfering existing experiences to a new role. Candidate will gain first-hand experience mentoring from experience directors and managers in achieving the management skills required to gain new opportunities, and progress up the management hierarchy. While most managers are comfortable leading their team, influencing those above comes less easily. We will teach you how to master the skills of managing yourself first and then manage others.
