Management Programme for Small and Medium Enterprises/Business (5.5 days)

This innovative management programme consists of 39 hours of lecturer/tutoring and over 12 hours of study programme leading to an ilm-Management qualification in ‘Management Training in SMEs/Business Award’. It has been designed to give candidate starting out in management career or looking to break into a junior/middle management position.  It is also suited for candidate seeking to be a ‘freelancer’ and especially for new start-up businesses. Candidate will gain first hand management experience and skill from managers and directors of CCW-Training Academy. Candidate will be awarded the Institute of Leadership and Management (i-l-m) Awards upon successful completion of all modules and passing the final assignment set on a management topic for this programme.
