Management Programme for Business or Small and Medium Enterprises (5.5 days)

This management qualification is equivalent to ILM - Level 3, designed to give first line managers (FLM), who are either new to role or have been in role for a short time. It offers a firm foundation on which to build their management career path. CCW will support the delegates in understanding and developing the basic skills required by their manager. This programme will be awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) upon successful completion of all modules and submission of a (2,500 word) dissertation based on management topics.

This innovative management programme consists of 39 hours of lecturer/tutoring and over 12 hours of study programme leading to an ilm-Management qualification in ‘Management Training in SMEs/Business Award’. It has been designed to give candidate starting out in management career or looking to break into a junior/middle management position.  It is also suited for candidate seeking to be a ‘freelancer’ and especially for new start-up businesses. Candidate will gain first hand management experience and skill from managers and directors of CCW-Training Academy.
