The Institution of Leadership and Management (i-l-m) is a world renowned institution and this vocational training programme is designed to give middle managers the foundation for a formal management award and knowledge. This programme will give candidate an increased opportunity of getting a new job by tranfering existing experiences to a new role. Candidate will gain first-hand experience mentoring from experience directors and managers in achieving the management skills required to gain new opportunities, and progress up the management hierarchy.
