Train the Trainer - Master Class (ilm Accredited Course)

Duration: 2 days (Cost £500)

The Course Concept

Our Train the Trainer-Master Class is truly different, useful and accredited by the world renowned Institute of Leadership and Management (ilm).   We use all of our experience, skill, innovative excellence and imagination to provide a course that will liberate your trainers and empower them to use their most potent development weapon ... themselves.

This course can be run over days and redefines the trainer's role it will include a work shop, and preparing/delivering a ‘classroom’ training session.

A facilitator works with people, using imagination, flexibility, persuasion, passion and a shared sense of 'higher self'. This course enables all of the delegates to have the confidence and skill to become facilitators. We will encourage them to feel empowered and excited by the experience. This is not just a course for experienced trainers however it will give them a feel of the ‘bigger picture’ and the ethos behind this training course. People with little or no experience will get benefit from a course that takes the fear out of presenting, replacing it with passion.

Elements of the Course

  • Understanding the prime concept of development - it is not about me, it is about them and their needs and objectives. Fear is irrelevant, as there is no chance of failure?
  • Taking ego out of the training room and replacing it with strength, empathy, a shared feeling of 'service' and a concept of developing people
  • How to use your imagination and originality to get the most out of the messages and your delegates
  • What is the key component of successful training? - The experience, strengths and ingenuity of delegates. (We highlight this to the trainers so they too, get the best results out of their training)
  • A new look at useful 'props', visual aids, materials, exercises, energisers, ice breakers and role plays
  • Opportunity to provide video presentation and detailed feedback to personalise the action plan of  improvement

Benefits of Attending

  • Self-actualised imaginative, inspired and motivational trainers with the confidence and skills to train and develop other trainers
  • A limitless number of fresh ideas to use when delivering training in your organisation
