Introduction: Two well established industry-led training bodies have created a unique training programme that will help delegates improve their job prospects and future career development/promotion chances. This new innovative programme has been designed based on the real requirements that employers are looking for in their staff.

Course Modules: Our Occupational Effectiveness Programme is a 5-day course accredited by Agored Cymru. Each delegate who completes the course will receive an internationally recognised qualification.  OEP covers two different sections: personal and professional development. It will enable you to maximise your employability and approach your career search in a more resourceful, innovative and motivated way.
