The Course Concept
One of our flagship courses that really does have an impact on the delegate, their family and their employer. This one day course has real power, it will have positive changes to the culture of organisations or companies.
The course allows the delegates to first accept the concept of taking ‘time out’ to explore everything that makes them unique. It enables them to truly understand the way humans interact and respond to events in their lives. We analyse every aspect of humanistic behaviour and interaction, with the focus on recognising that we always have choices and very often do not choose the path that would serve us best.
This course enables all of the destructive elements of ‘point scoring’, ‘bubble pricking’, and concepts of ‘win-lose’ to be replaced with a more focused and empathic approach to internal and external relationships. It allows the delegates to feel empowered and has enabled past attendees to achieve ambitions they thought were only dreams.
