Workforce Development Programme

The Workforce Development Programme is funded by Welsh Government and provides 50% grant funding to organisations based in Wales to help with their training and development costs. Up to £6,000 is available to organisations with ten or more staff, and which have been operating for over 12 months. The application to join the programme is quick and easy - it only takes 10 minutes and the service is free.

£1,000 of the grant can be used for general training and development needs. The other (up to) £5,000 must be used for Leadership and Management training.
