What is it?

A real time, on-line learning environment whereby anyone with access to a
computer and a phone can log into a secure area of the web and be taught on
screen, where you interact and learn with the trainer.
The courses are designed by practicing
professionals, highly interactive, easy to access and fun.

How does it work? (It's easy to use)

(i) Sign up to one of the courses that we offer by registering on our web-site or e-mail us

(ii) You will then receive an email confirming the time and the date of the course and a link to
the course.
(iii) 15 minutes before the course starts click on the link. The first time this is done there will
be a two minute set-up period as the system prepares your PC with the correct set-up.
(iv) You will then be placed in the virtual training environment and the system will ask for your
telephone/mobile number.
(v) You will then receive a call from the Virtual Classroom and this will place you in a
conference call with all the other attendees. So you can now see what everyone else is
seeing and hear what everyone else is hearing.
(vi) The virtual trainer will welcome you and you are ready to enjoy the course.
