The Course ConceptThis one day course focuses on development of the skills and techniques necessary to feel comfortable and enabled within a room full of clients and prospects. This is not a course about ‘the hard sell’, or about techniques to manipulate people.
Our effective and professional trainer will take delegates on a journey that builds the personal skills and confidence necessary to fit into an environment in which they are representing their business, its products and its values.
