Bridgend Ford Redundancies – Possible Funding to Retrain

We have heard of the awful news of Bridgend Ford redundancies. That Ford are looking at closing down their Bridgend factory which looks to put a risk of redundancy for over 1,000 individuals.

For those who do work in Wales and are being made redundant you could be eligible for funding to retrain. ReAct funding is available for those who have been made redundant in the last 3 months while working and living in Wales. It gives up to £1,500 to be put into vocational training courses.

We have worked with ReAct candidates to help them get back into work for many years. We don’t just offer training, we offer CV and interview advice for our ReAct candidates as well. This has helped many of our candidates to find jobs after having been made redundant.

ReAct funding can be used for any level of training as long as it’s vocational. It cannot be put towards something such as a degree, but most courses which are under a month can be funded. All of the courses that we offer can be funded by ReAct funding. You can find all of the courses we offer here – Our Courses

We can offer or package a training programme to include coaching for staff, supervisors, managers and senior managers and staff.

Some examples of the courses we offer are;
