These changes represent a significant change in the way that health and safety is managed in the construction industry. The key changes that will be covered in our training are: \n\nCDM Coordinator role replaced by a ‘Principal Designer’.\nClient duties strengthened.\nClient’s “key project advisor” role removed.\nPrincipal Designer and Principal Contractor required for all projects with more than one “trade” Contractor on site.\nConstruction Phase Plan is required for all projects.\nNotification (Threshold).\n‘Explicit competence’ requirements removed.\nDuties to be applicable to domestic projects.\n\nThe Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 places legal duties for those involved in construction projects. DESCRIPTION:An understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulation\nThis is our new CDM 2015 training course. The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 came into force on 6th April 2015. These changes represent a significant change in the way that health and safety is managed in the construction industry. DESCRIPTION:An understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulation\nThis is our new CDM 2015 training course. The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 came into force on 6th April 2015. These changes represent a significant change in the way that health and safety is managed in the construction industry. The key changes that will be covered in our training are: \n\nCDM Coordinator role replaced by a ‘Principal Designer’.\nClient duties strengthened.\nClient’s “key project advisor” role removed.\nPrincipal Designer and Principal Contractor required for all projects with more than one “trade” Contractor on site.\nConstruction Phase Plan is required for all projects.\nNotification (Threshold).\n‘Explicit competence’ requirements removed.\nDuties to be applicable to domestic projects.\n\nThe Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 places legal duties for those involved in construction projects.
