“Design your own qualification”

The Flexiqual is a new kind of qualification from the BCS. It allows you to ‘Pick and Mix’ qualifications to create unique courses that suit your specific needs, the needs of your chosen industry and the demands of your specific vocation. It is made up of various modules from various levels offered by the BCS.

To begin making your qualification simply choose a level of study (level 1 – level 3), at least 50% of the credits earned from modules must be at this level. You must also take the mandatory unit ‘Improving Productivity’. The rest of the modules are entirely up to you to choose.

ReAct Funding Grant

The ReAct funding is available for those who have been made redundant in the last 6 months, it is a Welsh Government program to help people who have been made redundant to get back in to work as quickly as possible. The grant is for training, it can pay all the costs of your training up to £1500, if you would like to know more about the grant, Click Here, if you would like to see the FAQ, Click Here.

After you have selected your level of study you will need to make up the credit value of that course. You must adhere to two rules 1) You MUST undertake the ‘Improving Productivity’ module for your level of study. 2) You MUST collect a minimum of 50% of your credits from modules of the same level of study that you have chosen. Modules can be combined in any number of ways as long as they adhere to these rules. You will receive an award based on the number of modules you completed and the level of study that was undertaken. They will combine into one of the following qualifications.
