Video Production Skills
This Video Production Skills course has been built with multiple levels to ensure that whether you’re a beginner or an advanced user, you have a course built for you. This course has been purpose built to ensure that any level of user can join, whether you have no years experience or 10 years experience in video production.
We run our training courses in small classes of no more than 6 to ensure the highest possible quality of training. Our training is high in quality to ensure you get the most out of your money.
Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Course overview:
This course teaches foundational principles of video production including video camera operation, filming techniques and digital editing. Through demonstration and hands-on practical experience, participants will produce a news package using a digital camera and offline editing software.
Includes: setting up, using a tripod, making use of automatic and manual settings, framing relevant shots, optimising audio, capturing cutaway shots, cutting footage using editing software, adding titles/graphics/music, exporting footage for online etc.
Video Production Skills Aim:
To provide learners with a good understanding of video production techniques and how to film, shoot and edit a short new package.
Course Format:
Presenter-led, demonstration, discussion, group work, task based.
This course is held at 5-7 Museum Place, Cardiff, CF10 3BD. If you are looking to book as a group we may also be able to provide it at your venue.
