Taith OPP 18+ & OPP 25+ Poland

OPP 18+ & OPP 25+

CCW are happy to announce we have successfully completed our second cohort of our newly developed Taith OPP 18+ & OPP 25+ Poland. Along with our Polish Partner organisation EFM Europejskie Forum Młodzieży (European Youth Forum), we conducted a 8 day mobility trip to Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Poland to support our learners to develop key skills and behaviours to succeed.

The project is aimed to empower disadvantaged, underrepresented and academically reluctant people to develop confidence, emotional intelligence, leadership & communication skills as well as professional skills through life-changing international experiences.

Whilst the project’s main objectives are to support employability, organisation skills, personal development and cultural understanding, the project will also contribute directly to reducing unemployment, promoting continual development, and improving interpersonal skills.

The project name is Opportunity for all, Taith OPP 18+ & OPP 25+ Poland

Our First Taith OPP 25+ Poland inward mobility

Our first Taith OPP 25+ Poland programme has been very successful. It has been a pleasure to host 8 Polish individuals at our office, learning and gaining skills to become the best version of themselves! We have received 8 individuals from Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Poland from the target group of 18+ individuals from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds. They have engaged with the project outputs and enjoyed formal and non formal learning activities as well as cultural excursions to Welsh heritage sites and places of interest. You can see some pictures below of the activities they have done:

Taith Poland Project first successful outward mobilities

We are happy to announce the first successful Taith OPP 18+ project exchange to Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Poland in August 2025. We took 21 Participants (many of which had never travelled outside of the UK) to south west Poland to live, learn and experience together, enabling them to gain international life changing experiences. The participants took part in class room based formal and in-formal learning activates, as well as cultural visits to areas of natural beauty, local city’s and towns and experienced the local culture first hand.

The participants fully engaged with the program, learned invaluable skills, attitudes and developed their own emotional intelligence, professionalism, communication skills, personal branding and leadership skills.

Below you can see some images from the exchange;
