Welcoming Nisha Harichandran
We are delighted to welcome Nisha Harichandran (LLB, Unregistered Barrister/Lawyer, ICF‑ACC Coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, and Happiness Facilitator) to our teaching, coaching, and consultancy team.
Nisha brings 18 years of international experience across leading law firms and complex sectors including education, telecommunications, and financial crime prevention. Her multidisciplinary background, combined with deep expertise in cultural heritage and supporting people through change, enriches the perspective she brings to our work.
She has worked closely with Boards and Executive Teams across Asia and Europe, strengthening human connection, collaboration, and leadership impact. Her passion for community, connection, and meaningful partnerships aligns perfectly with our mission and values.
