The company also participates in the Taith (Erasmus) Programme, offering opportunities to travel to different countries, discover yourself, and build confidence. I personally joined the Poland Programme that the company secured through Taith, and the experience allowed me to become more confident. It also helped me recognize both my strengths and weaknesses—things you would never learn in school.
