Career Change Wales - Training Academy is a Welsh training provider built on passion, creativity and excellence. We are specialists in Career Change training and ReAct funded training for individuals who have been made redundant. Our training programmes put our client first and the aim of our courses are designed to get our delegates to up-skill or re-skill.

The Career Change Wales - Training Academy team consists of a number of highly skilled and experienced training consultants who; design, write and deliver our exceptional courses and other developmental programmes. We work with public authorities such as Careers Wales, Welsh Government ReAct Team, Department for Work and Pensions, Countryside Council for Wales, and many blue chip organisations such as Carlsberg-Tetley, Tesco Stores, Royal Doulton and many more. We pride ourselves on the calibre of our client list that contains a range of the best known organisations, both in the UK and internationally.

We deliver high-quality programmes for individuals and organisations in the public and private sectors. CCW specialises in Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Personal Development and IT courses which are tailored to individual needs.

ReAct ll Funded Training (£1,500 Grant)

We offer React funded courses (F.A.Q. can be found here), specifically designed to help individuals who have been made redundant to retrain and to be able to change career. We continually measure the quality and efficiency of our service delivery against performance targets and milestones that aim to match your expectations. React funding can pay 100% of your training up to £1500, this is a great way for you to retrain or up skill.
