Facilitation Skills
Aim/Objective

This training course is designed to enhance facilitation skills for staff within various organisations. It provides practical guidance on leading meetings effectively, setting and achieving targets, and improving time management, organisation, and planning. Additionally, the course equips participants with strategies to manage team conflict and address personal challenges, fostering a more cohesive and supportive work environment.
Effective facilitation is about creating an environment for discussions to flow smoothly, without the facilitator taking an active role in the conversation. This course will equip attendees with the skills to guide meetings, foster mutual understanding, and support individuals in planning and achieving their objectives – ensuring productive and meaningful outcomes.
