Flower Arranging Course – FLORAL MINDFULNESS (1 day course)
We live in a demanding world that brings many challenges and daily stress. Sometimes it can be really hard for your brain to switch off. We forget that the brain is a muscle that needs a break every now and then in order to function properly. Doing something creative is a good way for the brain to unwind and recharge.
Floral mindfulness (floristry courses) is about taking the time to surround and immerse yourself in something beautiful from nature. Relive the simple things like smelling and touching flowers. Then explore your creative side by making something tangible with your hands.
