This course has been developed to provide project management skills and learning outcomes aimed at those individuals looking to consolidate their project management skills without undergoing lengthy in-depth formal training at intermediate level. The financial project management topics will cover profit and loss, profit margins, methodology in monitoring staff output, utilizations, and project profit and management techniques.

Aims and objectives:

This Intermediate Project Management course examines the key principles of project management and provides an overview of the techniques which help to deliver projects on time, to cost, and accepted quality. This process will enable learner to examine their project management techniques to provide a structured approach to the management of Projects within any industry or business sector.
