The Small Workplace Health Award is a mark of quality for health, safety, and well being for organisations throughout Wales. It is aimed at organisation and with fewer than 50 employees with a commitment to ensuring health and safety in it employees.
The award is based on good practices within organisations in relation to health and Safety. It also recognises activities that promote health and well-being to its employees. The award targets preventable illnesses caused by poor workplace practices such as musculoskeletal disorders that affect large number of workplace employees.
Career Change Wales – Training Academy are proud to announce that after undertaking the Small workplace health award were awarded the Bronze Small Workplace Health Award for 2014. The award was given based on performance and commitment to the ideologies of the Small Workplace Health award.
